General Party Policy

GENERAL PARTY POLICY, TERMS, and INFORMATION

To ensure transparency, please review the following party policies & pricing information, as well as party logistics information:

  • A $50 deposit is required to reserve your party. This non-refundable deposit will be applied to the total cost of your party. The remaining balance plus additions, if any, is due at the completion of your party. (Due to COVID-19, we are not requiring a deposit at this time.)
  • CANCELLATION POLICY:  Must cancel at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund of your $50 deposit.
  • Upon booking your party online, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
  • A party host will review all anticipated charges and schedule before the beginning of your party.
  • All prices are subject to TAX upon payment.
  • You may arrive 15 minutes before your party time to set up your party room.  Please encourage all guests to arrive on time.
  • No modification or destruction to the facility is allowed.
  • You are welcome to bring your own party decorations. Please NO CONFETTI or SILLY STRING!
  • Add-ons are available online when booking your party or during your party. Please let your party host know of any additions at the time of your party.
  • Substitutions are at the discretion of staff if requested.
  • Extending your party room rental time is based on availability for a fee.
  • Although we welcome you and your guests to stay in our facility after your party has ended to enjoy all the activities that are offered, please be courteous and inform your guests when it is time to leave the party room. Our staff will need to tear down, clean, and set up the room for our next scheduled party guests.
  • In the event that the party room is left in a reprehensible state, requiring excessive cleaning, you will be subject to cleaning fee.


Please note that we will NOT provide discounts based on any of the following:

  • Any games forfeited
  • Any uneaten/unused food, beverages, tableware
  • Party decorations brought from outside
  • Cake or ANY OTHER FOOD ITEMS brought in from the outside.


We guarantee 100% satisfaction, however, customers can only receive a discount or refund if it is brought to our attention at the time of service and we are given a chance to rectify the situation.
