Overview

If you are dissatisfied at the time of service let a staff member know so we can try to make it right. If you are still dissatisfied we will give you a refund based on the unused portion of your experience.

Refunds

If you cancel 24 hours before your activity, we can give a refund but will keep 5% to cover credit card processing fees. Within 24 hours cancellation, you can get a FlagTagAZ gift card issued to you.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again which may take five to seven business days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
