  • Refunds

For some situations we are requiring a non-refundable deposit. For most online bookings we usually do not require payment in advance. If you do pay in advance, please let us know at least 72 hours in advance if you need to cancel. We will retain 5% for covering the transaction fees. We may be able to refund to a gift card with special circumstances.

Please familiarize yourself with our services prior to visiting. This is especially important for the deluxe birthday parties, as we usually need to keep the party on schedule.
