We usually do not require payment in advance. If you do pay in advance, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel, for a refund. We will retain 5% for covering the transaction fees. If less than 24 hours, you may have a full refund put on a FlagTagAZ gift card.
Please familiarize yourself with our services prior to visiting. This is especially important for the deluxe birthday party, as we usually need to keep the party on schedule.
