Terms of Use

• Refunds

To book in advance we require a deposit. The deposit goes towards your booking price. If you need to cancel we do have a cancellation fee of $15-$55 depending on the deposit amount. The cancellation fee primarily covers the credit card transaction fee we cannot get back. We may be able to refund to a gift card with special circumstances for the full amount.

• Services

Please familiarize yourself with our services prior to visiting. This is especially important for the  birthday party packages in reserved spaces, as we usually need to keep the party on schedule.

After you reply STOP, we may send one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. FlagTagAZ provides family entertainment services, but our website and messaging programs are intended for use by adults, parents, guardians, event organizers, and other individuals who are able to make bookings or provide consent.
